Returns & Exchanges

1. The AuraKlean Commitment Thank you for choosing AuraKlean. We are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every aspect of your new shower ritual. If you are not entirely delighted with your experience, our team is here to assist you. We proudly offer a 30-day return or exchange privilege from the date of purchase. You may opt for a seamless exchange or a full refund of your original purchase price.

2. Conditions for Return To qualify for a return and ensure a frictionless process, the following criteria must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number must be provided.

  • Regrettably, items that do not meet these standard criteria cannot be accepted for a return.

3. Return Dispatch & Costs To initiate a return, please reach out to us at support@auraklean.com. Please note that the client is responsible for the return dispatch costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (please refer to Section 7). We strongly advise using a tracked and signed-for delivery service, as AuraKlean cannot be held liable for returned parcels that are lost in transit.

4. Processing Your Refund Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will promptly notify you via email. Upon approval, your refund will be elegantly processed back to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to clear the funds and reflect the balance in your account.

5. Seamless Exchanges Should you wish to exchange your system for a different item, simply email us at support@auraklean.com. The exact same conditions as standard returns apply to ensure your exchange is handled smoothly and efficiently.

6. Zero Restocking Fees Your peace of mind is absolute. We do not charge any hidden restocking or handling fees on returned items.

7. Damaged or Defective Items We engineer our products to the highest standards. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a system that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at support@auraklean.com. Kindly include clear photographs of the product and its packaging. Upon verification, we will cover all return transit costs and swiftly dispatch a complimentary replacement, or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
