3. Pricing & Secure Payment
All prices are displayed in Great British Pounds (GBP, £) and include applicable VAT for UK orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

6. Customs & Import Duties
Clients bear full responsibility for any unforeseen delays, exceptional charges, or customs procedures that may occur during the importation process (applicable primarily to orders outside the UK).

Such external levies (e.g., clearance fees) are beyond our control and are not strictly reimbursable by AuraKlean.

It is the client’s responsibility to provide precise and accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses or failure to receive the parcel may result in additional handling charges.
7. Returns & Your 100-Day Privilege
Your peace of mind is paramount. We proudly accept returns within 100 days of delivery, provided the AuraKlean system remains unused, undamaged, and in its original, pristine packaging.

Clients are responsible for the return dispatch costs, unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Refunds are elegantly processed within 10 working days following the receipt and inspection of the returned items at our facility.

Reimbursements will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow standard processing time for your financial institution to reflect the balance.

Items damaged during the return transit may not qualify for a full reimbursement.
8. The AuraKlean Lifetime Guarantee
Your investment is protected. Our primary systems are covered by a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or accidental damage caused by the user.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence of the defect.
9. Limitation of Liability
AuraKlean shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

In the event that liability is established, it shall not exceed the total value of the specific order in question.
