We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery on all orders across the United Kingdom.
Estimated Delivery Times
The standard transit time is generally 5–10 working days. In most instances, you can expect to receive your complete AuraKlean system within 7–15 working days from the moment your order is placed.
The Journey of Your AuraKlean
(Why does delivery take slightly longer?) To cater to our global clientele, our inventory is maintained in specialised international fulfilment centres. More importantly, because your AuraKlean system includes our clinical-grade pure Vitamin C infusion cartridges, it cannot be shipped via standard commercial freight.
To preserve the antioxidant integrity of the Vitamin C and comply with stringent international cosmetic transport regulations, these components must travel via a specialised transit route. This ensures the ingredients remain highly active and potent by the time they reach your shower. While this takes slightly longer than standard parcels, we always prioritise the pristine condition of your skincare over rushed transit.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates based on standard conditions. During festive periods or times of exceptional demand, slight variations may occur.
Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday).

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT, London) will be prioritised and prepared for the very next available dispatch phase.

Every order is equipped with a precise tracking link, allowing you to effortlessly follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
Transit Care & Assurances
Should your parcel arrive damaged or fail to reach you, please contact our Client Care team immediately at support@auraklean.com. If your shipment was covered by transit insurance, we will swiftly arrange a complimentary replacement system.
Unclaimed Parcels
In the event that a delivery is unaccepted or refused and returned to us, your refund will be elegantly processed the moment the parcel has safely arrived back at our facility.
Address Accuracy
Please meticulously check that your delivery address is correct at checkout. Once an order has been processed and leaves our facility, we are strictly unable to amend the details or reroute the parcel.
